What Is Required to Launch the Employer Guarantee Program?

All the city needs to do is sign an agreement with YOURLOX, s. r. o. Based on this agreement, access is set up for employees’ email addresses. Each employee verifies their access using their work email and the app. Technical setup, account management, and user support are handled by YOURLOX, s. r. o.

Does the City Have to Pay or Fund Anything?

Not at this stage. The program requires no investment, operating costs, or maintenance on the city’s part. The benefit is provided as an additional feature of the existing LOX network.

Where Can Employees Use LOX?

At all existing LOX units in your city. If the city expands its LOX network, the benefit automatically applies to new locations as well.

How Does Employee Registration Work?

The employee receives an email with instructions. They create a profile in the app using their work email address. A verification request is then sent to their work email, which they need to confirm. Once their account is verified, they can start using LOX immediately.

How Is the Return of Equipment Ensured?

After each rental, the user must return the equipment to the LOX and take a photo of it inside the unit. The system does not allow the rental to be completed until both steps have been completed.

Who Is Responsible for LOX Maintenance and Servicing?

Maintenance, servicing, and technical support are provided by YOURLOX, s. r. o., unless otherwise agreed in the contract.

How Quickly Can the Program Be Launched?

Activation can be completed within a few days. All that is needed is to set up access for your employees’ email addresses.
